What we collect
Contact details you send us through forms or email, and basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used. Learner data inside our programs is governed by the agreement with each partner organization, not by this notice.
Why we collect it
To reply to your message, to run and improve our programs, and to report anonymised results to funders and partners. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Programme data follows the retention schedule agreed with the partner organization.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@connectedlabs.tech and we will respond within 30 days.
Children and students
Where programs involve minors, participation is arranged through the school or organization, with consent handled by them and data processed under a written agreement.
