From access to learning to shared knowledge.
Our connection to Voilà Learning starts with a shared purpose: helping people use knowledge to open up opportunities. Voilà’s earliest programs offered free online tutoring. Its work then expanded into digital environments for learning, professional exchange and entrepreneurship. Connected Labs brings a technology practice to this wider ecosystem.
OUR PRACTICE
A practice grounded in people’s activities.
Language learning, educator development and entrepreneurship involve different people and different forms of participation. The projects presented with Voilà Learning make that range concrete: practising a skill, exchanging professional knowledge and finding relevant support.

Learning through interaction
MetaLingo connects language practice with shared activities. It illustrates the role of context, conversation and participation in the design of a learning environment.
MetaPROF brings Canadian educators together around digital skills, AI and well-being. Its mix of virtual sessions and regional gatherings links an online environment to a professional community.
IDENO began in 2020 with entrepreneurs in Sudbury and Northern Ontario. Its virtual incubation model brings mentors, service providers and practical workshops into the same journey.
The same attention to context. A different kind of tool.
In a learning environment, the question is what helps a person understand, participate and practise. In an AI workflow, it is which knowledge a task needs, how that knowledge is used and who reviews the result. Our orchestration approach carries that focus on people into organizational work: connect the right context, make responsibilities clear and retain what has been reviewed.
