connectED labs is hiring a Human Resources / People Operations Manager — the opening listed on our current careers page. You’ll own recruiting, onboarding and the day-to-day people systems for a small, high-output studio.
What you’ll do

Run end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product and operations roles.

Design onboarding that gets new hires productive in their first two weeks.

Own people operations: contracts, benefits coordination, and compliance in Ontario.

Be a trusted partner to the CEO and leads on culture, performance and growth.
What you bring

Experience in HR or people operations, ideally in a startup or studio environment.

Comfort with Canadian employment standards and AODA-aware hiring.

Clear, warm communication — candidates and teammates should feel looked after.

Judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
